Restored over a period of three years by the workshop of the
SOUTHERN FLEURIEU HISTORICAL MUSEUM
Port Elliot South Australia
and Recommissioned on 6th May 2018


Please note that the restored Granite Island Train will not be returning to provide transportation between the
Victor Harbor foreshore and Granite Island. It will remain an exhibited item at the Southern Fleurieu Historical Museum,
however will be seen in the South Coast Christmas Pageants, Port Elliot Showdays, and special functions at the Museum.
Performing on public roads is not permitted without appropriate registration and licensing, which is not within the
Museum's intentions at this time.
